Umbrian #EVOO Ambassador – Witnesses of Unique Oils
The Umbria DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil Route Association has launched the “Umbrian #EVOO Ambassador – Testimoni di Oli Unici” project aimed at quality restaurants in our region. The goal is to highlight the importance of quality extra virgin olive oil in restaurants and create a network of Umbrian Olive Oil Restaurants.
These restaurants and wine bars, scattered throughout Umbria and selected among the best in olive-producing villages and towns, are where you can be sure to find a selection of quality Umbrian olive oils, selected from the farms of companies associated with the Umbria DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil Route or participating in the “Oro Verde dell’Umbria” Regional Award.

The project is a challenge to refocus the food/region relationship and improve the hospitality offered to those who choose Umbria as a holiday destination, as well as to residents themselves.
