In the heart of the Trevi hills, just a short distance from the centuries-old Sant’Emiliano olive tree, an ancient hamlet forms the backdrop for the work of three tenacious and passionate sisters. It is they who welcome into their world anyone wishing to enjoy an experience centered on peace, authenticity, and tradition.
The farm’s focus is predominantly olive growing. Indeed, caring for the olive trees has been a family tradition for centuries, as evidenced by an ancient, one-of-a-kind late 17th-century olive mill on the site. However, “diversification” is the watchword here. The property also features a small gem of an agritourism, “I Mandorli,” an educational farm, and an agricultural day-care center (agriasilo), designed to keep both adults and children in close touch with nature through genuine local products and dishes.
