The Pammelati are typical sweets of the Umbrian gastronomic tradition. They are prepared by cooking a mixture of breadcrumbs, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, honey and orange; the dough must be worked until it is homogeneous enough. Particularly inviting, they go very well with local wines.
