I MANDORLI OIL MILL TREVI<\/span>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Fortunate are the guests of the I Mandorli farmhouse inn, located in the centuries-old village on the hills of Trevi, the heart of the farm whose predominant vocation is olive growing. In fact, the care of olive trees has been the family\u2019s trade for centuries, as attested to by the antique oil mill from the late 1600\u2019s, the only one of its kind. The farm is owned by tenacious women. The Zappelli sisters, under the experienced guidance of their mother, know the best way to prepare black celery, along with other delicacies. Age-old recipes, in addition to research and experimentation, has inspired them to invent an exquisite marmalade using this precious vegetable that hails from this land.<\/p>\n
