href=\"https:\/\/www.stradaoliodopumbria.it\/en\/il-pozzo-della-cava-orvieto\/\">Orvieto<\/a>, you will find the Ricci Farm, a family-run business that has handed down their knowledge of the production of DOP Umbria extra virgin olive oil from Orvieto hills for generations. In 1994 Giovanni and hi son Alessandro decided to expand the business by making additional investments in the Montecchio countryside. They purchased several olive groves and opened an oil mill with a welcoming tasting room featuring a large fireplace in the centre.
