The owners are tenacious women, three sisters who welcome visitors looking to enjoy a peaceful reprieve, fine food and simplicity. Their main vocation is olive growing. In fact, the care of olive trees has been the family\u2019s trade for centuries, as attested to by the antique oil mill from the late 1600\u2019s, the only one of its kind.
