center of Orvieto, an oil shop with a kitchen and a tavern, where to eat products of\u00a0 the neighboring farms, seasoned with their olive oil DOP of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stradaoliodopumbria.it\/terre-colli-orvietani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Orvieto hills<\/a>. A restaurant with an old millstone where you can eat above; at any time of the day, you can taste oil, you can do mini courses of tasting or you can buy the selected food and household items for sale. They made a brave and challenging choice: a small inn to spread the culture of oil, and of Umbria. Go there!
