Hotel<\/a>, located in the characteristic borgo of Panicale overlooking lake Trasimeno. This Umbrian hamlet is nestled at the western border of the region, whose flourishing cypress vegetation contributes to the region&#8217;s famed &#8220;green heart&#8221; denomination.<\/p>\n<p>Palazzo Grossi captures the historical essence of the surrounding village and preserves the original splendor of a medieval noble palace. The magnificent renovation has preserved (where possible) the existing materials, which fully represent the Umbrian tradition, and at the same time the hotel is equipped with all the latest comforts and services.<\/p>\n<p>Rastrello is the place where luxury meets history: an environment capable of evoking this research, through a palette of warm colors and materials, custom-made furniture and modern design. A vision that also manages to convey the pride and gratitude of being part of the Panicale community and of being in one of the most beautiful villages in Umbria and Italy. For this reason, guests are encouraged to fully experience the village, to visit the beauties it offers and to let themselves be carried away by its rhythms.<\/p>\n<p>Rastrello is, therefore, a place where both Panicalesi and national and international visitors can relax and transform every moment into a pleasant memory. The name of the property derives from the DOP organic extra virgin olive oil that is produced by the farm which is located a few steps from the hotel. The aim is to create a common theme between these realities.<\/p>\n<p>The building has a total of seven rooms with a unique design, which take their name from the olive cultivars present in the Panicale area: Leccino, Rosciolo, Pendolino, Vera, San Felice, Dolce Agogia, Frantoio, Moraiolo.
