Bio product. The Cecci family produces high quality extra virgin olive oil thanks to the modern continuous cycle oil mill located in Allerona. Despite the technological investment, the Cecci family has a strong bond with tradition, so much so that in the castle of Monterubiaglio, an ancient traditional press crusher is still active, which remains open for only three weeks a year to show the milling as it once was.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the ancient oil mill of the castle there is an oil cellar \/ tasting room where lunches and tastings are organized throughout the year.
